Motocaddy and Powakaddy products are both very reliable, but occasionally a fault can occur and this is where we can help.

We have the expertise and equipment to diagnose and repair the fault. Some jobs can be carried out while you wait, while others require the trolley/battery to be left with us to ensure the repair is carried out properly.

The most time consuming part about repairing a golf trolley is usually the diagnosis, especially ‘intermittent’ faults. When leaving an electric golf trolley in for repair, please try to be as accurate as possible with the symptoms as this will help us get your trolley repaired and back to you as quickly as possible.
For example, we quite often hear “my golf trolley cuts out from time to time” – does it cut out mostly when you try to start it? Or when you are moving along? Or when you are going up a steep hill?

Both Motocaddy and Powakaddy provide extensive warranties with their products – in the event of a failure which is covered under warranty, we will carry out the repair free of charge.

Occasionally, on older trolleys, the cost of the repair may be worth more than the trolley – in this case you may want to consider buying a new trolley. We stock the full and currant range from Motocaddy and Powakaddy – plus we’ll guarantee to give you at least £50 trade-in discount against a new model.

Our workshop is open Mon-Fri 9am-3pm. Outside of these hours, repairs can be left into our shop for repair / servicing 7 days a week.
